Will I need planning permission for a container home?
Every site is different, so we'll talk you through the planning considerations for your location during your free consultation. Call us on 07810 634705 to discuss your project.
How close to a boundary can you install a container home?
It depends on your site and the size of your build. During your free consultation we'll assess your install site and physically map out the install location with you.
Are the insulated container homes warm enough to use in winter?
All our container homes have industry-leading insulation in the walls and ceiling.
How long does a container home take to install?
Our installation partners will typically install your building within 5–7 days, with minimal disruption to you. Due to the modular structure of our buildings, we can still complete installations if there is limited or no external access.
What warranty is provided?
A 25 year structural warranty is included in our price. Read about our 25 year warranty.
What maintenance is required on the wooden cladding?
Maintenance depends on the cladding you choose. We'll go through the options and their upkeep with you during your consultation.
